Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include the product as described. We reserve the right to update prices and product availability at any time. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm every order by phone before dispatch.
Payment
We currently offer Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh — you pay the courier when your glasses arrive.
Delivery
Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days inside and outside Dhaka. Times may vary during holidays or due to courier delays beyond our control.
Reading power
Reading glasses are supplied at the power you select. If you are unsure, use our age guide or contact us before ordering — our team is happy to help you choose.
Exchange
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery (see our Return & Exchange policy). Return delivery charges apply as stated at checkout.
